The Special Events Umbrella Head is a position within the Penguicon Programming Team. Umbrella Heads oversee numerous Tracks and mentors multiple Track Heads. The Special Events Umbrella oversees:

• Mayhem Track
• Writer's Block Book Store
• Official Penguicon Programming
• Burlesque and other Penguicon-Productions
